Allengers has many firsts to its credit due to its strong in-house Q.C / R&D. It is the first Indian company to:
- Get US FDA of its Digital Radiography System.
- Launch an FPD based DSA / C-Arm.
- Launch an indigenous range of Cathlabs in 2004.
- Launch mobile DR system in 2011.
